1. Enquiry and Submission of Application:
The first step is to fill out an Enquiry Form online. This form asks for basic information about the parents and the child, as well as details of the child's previous academic records. Please click here to fill out the enquiry form. We request that you have the scanned copy of the birth certificate and prior academic records ready with you before filling out the form. The files should have the following nomenclature. 

Previous Year's Academic Records: NAME OF THE CHILD/GRADE

Birth Certificate: NAME OF THE CHILD/ DD/MM/YYYY (DOB)

3. Prospective Parents Meeting (PPM):
On completion of the registration procedure, a Prospecting Parents Meeting (PPM) is organised. During this meeting a group of prospecting parents get a chance to interact with Founder & Chairperson of GEAR Foundation, Dr. M Srinivasan. He would give a comprehensive briefing about the school and its philosophies as well as answer questions put forth. The PPM usually lasts for an hour and is held once a month on either a Saturday or Sunday.

4. Interaction with the child:
After the PPM, those parents interested in admission are given a personal appointment with the Chairperson, which would either be on the following Monday or Tuesday. The child must accompany the parents for this appointment, along with some of the child’s work. The Stream assigned cannot be altered post this. For any chang,e it will be treated as a fresh application.

5. Admission:
Once the interaction with the child is complete, parents are given 2-3 days to finalise their decision on the admission and pay the school fees.
