Newly inducted Mentors at GEAR go through a Mentor Training Program that is scheduled in the month of May. This training program helps teachers transition into using the different teaching methods and ideologies at GEAR. The training module is based on many crucial aspects of Mentoring like Research and best practices in various countries.
